Shipping was swift

I paid for next day delivery but it got lost somewhere along the way.

Poor shipping - took too many weeks and the tracking details were in correct

Please consider long standing customers when constantly raising prices, when the value of the item hasn’t gone up, no increase in size etc. Samples only provided when you spend a fortune. What are long term customers receiving for their loyalty?

I’ve used it for a couple of years, so it’s hopefully doing the trick. It stings sometimes when i apply it. The price has shot up over the years which I find unfair. Not enough discounts for loyal customers.
