So this takes a bit to build up to retinol pure liquid 0. 75. I started with 0. 01 to start and after 3 mo I went up another dose. Finally 6 mo later I apply this about 4 x week. If I am going to be in the sun alot I may skip. I always apply image 75 mineral sunscreen when the sun is out. Loving the routine
