It didn’t match my hair color, too light

You guys keep asking me for a review and I keep telling you that I still haven’t received the items. Your shipping company just again today said that it was delivered and showed the wrong town. They’ve also reached out to me and told me to reach out to you, which I did to tell you that they can’t seem to locate the products.

I’m really hoping “Dani” will get back to me with a satisfactory remedy since this product didn’t color my hair at all.

This product is like all the others in local stores. It’s stiff and sticky in your hair and the dye gets on your fingers if you run your fingers through your hair. I purchased this because the ad said this product is dry on your hair and no dye in your fingers. It was false advertising.
