Product is good, just need to figure out the colors. Dark Blonde is very dark, definitely more like light brown. Shipping took a couple weeks which seemed sort of long in this day and age.

The timeliness of receiving the product was good however it was supposed to be some miraculous change to my hair and it is not the same as it was before

Hair looks same as before, but feels worse I was expecting shiny, lush hair. Instead the product felt very drying and made my hair brittle. Didn’t “seal” split and until the next time I washed it felt like I was actually touching straw. Luckily most of that sensation was resolved after a few washes but I ordered two of these kits and won’t even gift the second one. Won’t buy again. Giving it two stars instead of one bc it was fairly easy to use and the smell was nice so if it works for someone else - they have that going for them

I really don’t like to do a bad review. But the difficulty in changing my subscription because I hate the shampoo and conditioner. I tried was beyond anything I’ve ever dealt with. I couldn’t do it on the website, the chat, never connect me to a person, and then multiple people emailed me. It was just very frustrating which stinks because there are many products from this brand that I absolutely love.
