Never wanted a subscription. Been trying to unsubscribe for 9 months. Be careful. I now get purple spray nobody would want in there hair. Once every 3 months. Been refunded once. . . Asked to be unsubscribed. . . . Received another one and it pulled another 12. 66 out. BS.

My order was on eternal delay and never received so it definitely hampers reviewing the actual product however, the shipping timeline is horrible

Nothing at all happened after use

I’m so disappointed in the results. I bought the French rose and applied it on my light blonde hair. It sat for 45 minutes which is what is recommended, and when I rinsed it out, there was no pink in my hair. It was a slightly lightened blonde. I messaged IGK for a refund and haven’t heard anything.

This was a horrible experience. I sent two emails and chatted in that i needed the color replaced as the color ordered was not correct. All within minutes of placing the order. Still got the wrong color. I was so mad I threw it out the minute it arrived. $40 down the drain
