Ordered my products two weeks ago. Still haven’t received it

Never received my work product and cannot get a hold of anybody. Customer service has been horrible.

Tried to return but bar code was not readable. I was td it was my responsibility to print my own label. This has never happened before. All other sellers provide bar code that can ne scanned at the post office.

I emailed about how to exchange or return a product and no one ever replied.

Shipping was good product not so much
