I think this pre-drinking juice did help, I think it helped me to sober up a bit better so yeah if you like pear flavoured juice it’s worth a try

Shipping and customer service there are no issues however the product doesn't work on me unfortunately

Didn’t stop the flush. :( but have noticed it has lowered some symptoms such as elevated heart rate and shortness of breath. Especially if I add a couple of patches with 2x tablets. But unfortunately I’m one of the people it isn’t effective on.
