Didn’t stop the flush. :( but have noticed it has lowered some symptoms such as elevated heart rate and shortness of breath. Especially if I add a couple of patches with 2x tablets. But unfortunately I’m one of the people it isn’t effective on.

I tried to take one 10-15 minutes before having some wine, but if I’m being 100% honest, I still turned red and hot :( I will try it again this weekend but maybe with an additional Pepcid. The taste was also pretty hard to take down but I’m glad I tried it. Will come back if it starts to work after a couple of tries :) uploaded a before and after to show the redness!

So like I don’t think this works I’ll give it another try but I followed the steps, and I threw up so much more than I ever have.

I took two pills a half an hour prior to having a fairly weak cocktail (gin). I felt ok until I was about 75% of the way done, and then I felt the heat, redness, and beating in my chest start. I felt like I normally do when I drink without the pills
