Searching for relief from foot cramps--yes, FOOT cramps-- ages ago, I tried everything suggested, including ACV capsules, ACV straight shots and Theraworx (which works GREAT for other muscle cramps, but that's another review) and finally found Hyland's Leg Cramps PM and fell in love. I've been using this product religiously for over 8 years and it has never let me down. Before bedtime every night, I dissolve 3 little tablets. Hyland's makes a leg cramp tablet that's not specifically for nighttime use, but this formula includes a homeopathic ingredient that supports going to sleep and staying asleep, and the combination with the foot/leg cramp ingredient is fantastic. Recently, I experienced an issue with one bottle and Hyland's was instantly responsive and helpful. Great product, great results, great customer service... I'd give them 10 stars if they were available.
