I had an electrolyte imbalance while on dieretics and started using Hydralyte; it’s easy to carry the small powder filled packs in my purse and use it whenever I need to drink water. The lemonade, and lemon/lime are my favorite flavors. The powder dissolves almost instantly and is slightly effervescent.
