I am taking the blue blocker and the sea berry. My eyes are not as dry anymore and I actually think I am seeing better. Excellent choice.

I've been taking these for some time now. They seem to be helping a lot with my dry eyes. I've also started using the Blue Blocker, but haven't noticed much improvement yet. Like a said though, just started taking Blue Blocker.
