Eyetamins
Sorry I do not know how to send this complaint letter through the right channel. I have not yet received my second order which has been placed at least a couple month ago. I do not have the order number with me. I am just wondering if you can tract the delivering status for me with my email address. I am located in Hong Kong. FYI, I did have a good experience with my first order which was one bottle of Eyetamin. That's why I placed the second order which has several bottles of eyetamins and some gummy bear looking supplements for eyes(sorry I don't remember the name). Unfortunately, I haven't received them. I appreciate it if you can help transfer this letter to the right department which can find out what's going on. Thanks.
