The product arrived already defective. I didn’t realize it until 10+ days later when I saw a video showing the metal part vibrating; mine did come that way. I had to contact customer service who asked for photos and videos and at one point said “appeared to have moved slightly.” I was irritated and said I could send her 10 more videos to prove this device is defective. She later emailed saying a replacement will be mailed. I’m still waiting for the replacement. In the meantime, the device totally went out on me. The lights won’t stay on, so I had to hold it down to use it. The following day, lights are completely gone. I checked the batteries, they’re good. It was definitely the device. At this point, I don’t even want the replacement. I am ready to return this very expensive “toy.” I spent over $500 for this and serums. Now I have all these serums with no light device to use it with. I hope that I do not encounter any problems with getting my money back.
