Already one friend has purchased a mat based on my experience

I purchased this item to help with skin care, diastasis recti, and sleep/mood benefits. I use this for 10 minutes a day on my face and 10 minutes per day on my lower stomach/pelvic area. My skin is looking clearer after the initial purging stage. I also have to be more on top of exfoliating since this increases skin cell turnover. My diastasis recti has reduced from a 2-finger gap to a 1-finger gap, even at the end of the day after eating. The best benefit is that I've been able to sleep through the night without waking up to go to the bathroom for the last week, which is something I have not done in years. I'm not sure if this has helped reduce inflammation from fibroids/endometriosis, which could be reducing pressure on my bladder, but whatever it is I will take it. This is quality product and I would highly recommend.

Absolutely love my Red Light Wand. Customer service was great and I was so surprised at how quickly it was shipped and delivered! I am going to order a few more of these as Christmas gifts.
