I have been pleased with all of the products I have purchased (grounding mats and blankets and red light products), and the customer service is personable and prompt!

Love Hooga's friendly customer service and their stellar shipping times. Products are super high quality and incredibly therapeutic.

I had a pretty straightforward experience. I did have a question after receiving our pod though and they emailed me back pretty quickly.

It was delivered in a timely manner, very well packed and boxed up tightly and secure.
