Works great follow the instructions and your off, I like to hang mine but the wife prefers it down so we switch back and forth. We got the hg300 the best feature is the timer that really helps in the amount of time we spend in front of it.

Hat arrived in time for Christmas and is working as it should. I did not have to need to reach out for any customer service, but I have in the past and Hooga’s customer service is excellent! Second to none.
