So happy with the customer service... item arrived quickly, was easy to set up with the pulley system, works well, is quiet, was packaged well, and more! I also had an issue with the clasp on my eye protector goggles, and got a new set shipped that night for free! Thanks, Hooga! 🥰

The panel arrived in perfect condition. It’s easy to use and I’m seeing improvement in my face already.

My Hooga dot stopped charging after about 4 months so I contacted customer service and by the weekend they had already sent out a replacement!
