Great customer service. My product had an issue, and it was replaced immediately.

I ordered several open box items after seeing recommendations for them and Hooga. I was amazing to see all of them come in original packaging looking absolutely brand new! As an added treat, I thought the masks I ordered were mask only, but they also came with the neck piece. I’m incredibly happy with my purchase and so is my skin!

Best surprise ever! Took a chance to order these for my mom legs suffering from nerve sensitivity after a fall. Use them every day 1/2 hour -1 one hour! Swelling went down and sensitivity is less - it was definitely worth trying !
