The red light torch is perfect for small areas. It is also very portable and light. I like it.

Works great follow the instructions and your off, I like to hang mine but the wife prefers it down so we switch back and forth. We got the hg300 the best feature is the timer that really helps in the amount of time we spend in front of it.
