I absolutely love and need your products in my life, but truth be told they are cost prohibitive many times. Could you send up an auto ship program with a discount? To me knowledge you offer promos once per year. But it is too hard for me to have the money to stock up. I have been a long time customer. My symptom management is greatly affected by my purchasing power and being on a fixed income and chronically ill makes that even harder. Thanks for considering. Or even a discount for those with Medicare/SSDI.

I find most of the products to be too expensive. I would buy more products if they were more affordable. The shipping charges feel excessive too.

I had 1000 reward points worth a $15 discount, but when I applied them to my cart, I did not get the discount. This was the first time that this happened as I had successfully applied my reward points on another occasion.
