It didn’t work I didn’t lose know weight and know over all changes

I received my Maca Seamoss the texture was horrible it was thick no gel consistency usually my product comes in a gel consistency, I hope this was the only time this happens I’m a repeat customer if I have this issue with my next batch I want order with you guys again. It’s hard to digest it with this horrible texture, it’s almost chewy.

I never received my product or any responses to my multiple emails or my message on Instagram. I was informed by ups that it was returned to sender and was still never contacted to return the money or resend my order.

I sent a complaint on September 5th about my tea and never heard anything back. This was a one time purchase from y'all.
