I’ve been shopping holisticenergy the past year. I buy honey blackmaca seamoss nearly every time I purchase. I normally receive my order anywhere from 3-7days. In the beginning I would receive my orders very quick within 3-5days tops, one of the reasons I loved this company. This last time I spent around $150 and it took the longest time to receive my order. The order was placed Aug.29th I didn’t receive the order this time until Sept.15th. That has never happened. When I received the honey blackmaca seamoss this time it taste extremely weird and had some bitter off taste about it. On top of that I didn’t taste the honey either. I hope this company isn’t losing its momentum it had when I started purchasing a year ago. I bought for its quality and speedy shipping. I don’t want to have to stop being a customer but I work too hard for my money so I’m hoping that the next time I decide to purchase that I receive the same love I felt from the business in the beginning.

Shipping was to long no reply’s to emails

My sea moss arrived warm and spoiled. It was sour, I didn't get to use it and never heard back when I reached out about the matter.

From posted shipping date it took 6 days to receive my order. Ice pack was warm. I am scared to eat my sea moss

I purchased two items from holisticenergyflow.com and expected some sort of instructions to arrive with the products. Instead, the products arrived with no instructions on dosages, or how to use. I reached out to customer service and asked how to use the products and never received a response. When I went back to the website to find any extra information that could help, the website was down. It has been down for at least two weeks. This rating is for the website and customer service. Delivery and the products themselves seem to be fine, assuming I'm using the products correctly.
