I’m very satisfied with your product, but it takes an extremely long time to receive my order. If your company can improve this , I would not have any issues at all. My name is Louise Murray and I’m currently waiting for an order that was placed over a month ago and still I have yet to receive it.

The shipping service good be faster

I placed my order March 3rd, received a notification March 8th that the label had been printed I reached out March 15th to see where my package was and it wasn’t shopped out until after I reached out. USPS wouldn’t give me the package until I paid the remaining shipping balance of $11.35 when I paid $16.50 for shipping already. Yes I did receive a credit but this dampened my expectations and when I opened the box one of my seamoss containers wasn’t even all the way full. I’m saying all of this not to shame the company but just to bring awareness so they don’t have the same issue in the future. I enjoy supporting other black businesses but I think things should be checked again before shipping out.
