I received the dry shampoo empty

I love mane club products but it's happened to me twice already, this time included that the nozzles on their dry shampoo come faulty to the point where I'm only able to finish half of the bottle before it stops working. They are sending a replacement which I appreciate but I had to send 3 follow up emails to finally get a response and when I did it was very bland "morning, sending another one" which isn't the best customer service per say. But their products are good I'll put that aside.

Package arrived with excellent care, ordering was a breeze. I hated the product, mainly bought for detangling but it did nothing. Not sure why all the great reviews.

Emailed customer service about the returns policy twice, and still haven’t heard back.

I want to return a product but my emails will not go through & there's no phone # listed anywhere. Nice scam you got going there.
