I was thinking this would
I was thinking this would be more of a supplement to take regularly (like a once a day thing) to reduce inflammation and act as a preventative to pms. I did not realise there would only be 1 weeks worth of pain relief. I have bad pains during ovulation and menstruation, so would need 2 weeks worth at minimum. And $40 for one weeks worth of pain relief is not sustainable. I also experienced quite severe gas and bloating from the supplement that was just as painful as my PMS pain. So in the end, it wasn't worth it for me. I have endometriosis and a previous PID infection that I've had surgery on to remove the adhesions and scar tissue, but still get regularly pain, so I was hoping this would be a game changer, but unfortunately not.
