I payed for expedited shipping to get my order as soon as possible. After a week it had not arrived and I had not received a tracking number so I contacted customer service only to find out MY ORDER HAD STILL NOT BEEN SHIPPED! What a joke! Still waiting for some response to the many emails I sent asking where my FREE bottle is that I was promised if I completed the survey on the Hemrid website. Which I did and filled out my mailing information and it said my free bottle was on it's way. WELL WHERE THE HELL IS IT? THIS COMPANY SUCKS!

i've been using these for a long time now with no results whatsoever!!!! For some reason i'm the only one it doesn't work for, all reviews i read were so positive that's why i invested in them but nothing has worked

Sent email to you x2. NO response though you claim 24hr response time. Also, you sent me a duplicate unasked for order and charged me for it. The first supply of HemRid didn’t help. I don’t want any more of your product AND will not pay for the unsolicited order. Will report any further harassment over this product. STOP!
