I don't know i been waiting 10 days and still haven't gotten my order

I've tried to return twice, from two separate purchases, using your return guidelines. You state you will return message within 5 days, you've never returned either inquiry? My first intended return went beyond the 10 days waiting for you inquiry, I still have that product. Now I'm stuck with something I can't use. My second inquiry, again you never replied. But I sent back to you this week. Hoping you'll accept the return? I question now if you are a legitimate company? I like your Delta 8 product, but I no longer trust you as a company.
