Love the flavor. They're helping with my chronic pain. But I had to cut them in half & take half, cuz a whole gummy was too strong for me. I'd recommend being & stayin home, if you've never tried Delta 8. I'd start out with a smaller size/portion unless you want to take a whole one to see if it's too strong for you or not. That's up to you, just sharing some advice & my opinion. I hope this helps whomever may need it. ☺️

This is great as an additive in juice or cola for someone who chose to reduce my wine consumption. One dropper full in a glass basically relaxes like one glass of wine. Two dropper fulls amped me up quite a bit more then a second glass of wine will. I am impressed.
