Shipping cost is a little high. Product itself is priced reasonably, great range and arrives quickly.

I previously submitted a lengthy review last week.

Previously I tried the hemp oil paste but found it to be slow acting for my constitution. The spray is a very different story. I can feel the difference within minutes. I'm 73 and have an old rotator cuff injury (among other things) and after two quick shots on my tongue I'm able to do my morning exercises with little to no pain. Great stuff!

I'm sorry to say that after having used the paste twice a day for 8 days in the hope that it would assist with the pain of rheumatoid arthritis, it has not. This is a painful disease perhaps 8 days is not enough, I will persevere eith it perhaps it will help with longer use
