Used blue tube 3 gr.last time... seemed to make a difference but did not last but a month and a half. This time I tried 3gr. Gold tube and a week and some into it seems to be making some difference... anxiety seems lower and concentration may be improving... problem is it is quite hard to afford to do this even every couple of months. I feel better doing the grain of rice in a.m and p.m.....
