Shipping was a little slow

Received super fast. After 2 washes my dry hair is already feeling softer. I naturally have thick hair but I developed an inflamed scalp and thinning hair. Hoping this will help.

Been a customer for years because they have great products. The reward program that has been in used was not very rewarding... from all the products I've purchased over the years which would be close to a $1000, I never received any points to be applied to future purchases. Don't know if that was an error on my part or short sidedness on the company. Either way, I hope a review and a revision of a reward program occurs to reward loyal customers. Thanks for great products!
