I had a hard time logging onto my account to reorder my supplements. Contacting customer service was challenging so I had to contact my product rep to have her help me out.

I live in a hot climate. It was over 100 degrees on the day my capsules arrived and they sat in a metal mail box in the direct sun for over six hours. When I open the package it say not to store over 86 degrees. My capsules are ruined. Can you ship to guarantee the freshness of the product?
