I am not sure what you are looking for. I had a question - the questions was answered (unfortunately in a way that prohibits me from using your products), but it was quickly answered. Are you asking for a rating of the promptness of the response or is it about the product?

I gave it 5 stars for the Vegan Essential. Knowing that you only get a small percentage of nutrients from a vitamin pill, I feel a positive effect since taking Vegan Essential. I feel good knowing absorption is a lot higher and effective for my body. And the taste is pretty good. I think I will continue to take it.

When I first started taking the pills, I didn’t notice much of a difference. Over time, I thought I noticed it more and more... then I ran out... When I ran out, I immediately felt the affect it has had on me. I was groggy and unfocused in the AM, and could not sleep in the PM. Now that I ordered my new shipment, I am back on track. I have never slept so great in my life and I wake up full of energy and vigor! Highly recommend!

I like the contents of the sample. The taste is decent.
