I like the product. I think it is effective and convenient to travel with. However I feel like this product no longer works for at this time. I wish I could purchase the day and night formula independently. I now have 1 1/2 months of night formula and about 1 week of day formula. I listen to my body and it's as if my body doesn't need/want the night formula. I find that I am not taking it. I think I have reached the point of trying something new that is once a day. This product/company will always remain an option for me.

I’m sleeping better and waking up better, really recommend to use , I already introduced it to many friends tht are become users also.
