The REM sleep was the first thing I've ever taken that let me sleep. I've suffered from insomnia since I was a teen. I with this I slept a full 8 hours and woke up refreshed. Customer service is amazing and shipped fast!

I purchased REM Sleep for my husband who has an active mind which keeps him awake. Since taking this product he’s been sleeping about 6-7 hours each night before he’d wake up 4-7 times each night having hard times falling back to sleep. Now if he gets up he’s able to go back to sleep immediately and doesn’t wake up tired.

I can't say with certainty just how it works, but it does. Although I take an assortment of anti aging nutraceuticals, I count this as one of the more active. I've noticed positive changes in my skin in particular, and will continue taking this as long as I can afford to buy it.
