My HealthForce Website order was processed and charged twice(!) I let it slide since I rely on the nopal caps. But it was $100+ dollars times TWO... HEALTHFORCE, please fix these website purchasing issues as other people might not be so lenient...

I placed an order for Vitamineral Green and Earth Broth. I wanted the large jars of both. The website indicated that the large jar of the Earth Broth was out of stock. So I instead placed my order for three of the small jars, for a little bit less of a total amount. I wrote a note with the order that if the large jar came back into stock before the order shipped, to replace the small jars with the large one. I was very happy to see, when checking back the next day, on the website that the large jar was indeed listed as being in stock again. But the order arrived with the small jars instead, and with no explanation. It was clear that my note had not even been read. This is poor customer service.

Doesn't dissolve - leaves gummy clumps in glass. tastes like garbage

Hard to give a score. My complaint is that I've been waiting several days for a reply to my question about an order that hasn't arrived yet. It was expected to arrive 4 days ago after a long wait. No package. No reply. Not good.
