Slow to ship

Online ordering was pretty straightforward. Delivery was fast. The only issue was tracking /notification. I received the order before I received the email notification that the order had ben fulfilled, which is GREAT, but given that packages are stolen off of porches, I like to know when shipping has taken place so the I can watch for it.

Not as good as it was 5-6 years ago when I bought it, something has changed.
