Initial communication regarding product being out of stock was good... but I'm now having to c have the delivery/ request a refund... no recent response from you.

Still not received my product after two weeks and have been asked for a second time to review a product I haven’t received! No response to my emails either.

Ive been waiting 3 weeks for my parcel and still haven't received it. I will never buy drom here again. Rubbish!

Goods have not arrived. This is unacceptable
