I was basically told I can’t return or exchange this product and basically it works you need to figure it out we have never had this issues before. Yet myself and 3 others I know purchased it experienced the same issue

Still waiting and no update. Sent another email with no reply. I can’t review something I don’t have and customer service is lacking. We’re excited to receive it and try it, but now I’m getting skeptical

not happy with it.

Awful customer service and subpar wax.

Just not thrilled with the quality of the wax
