Stolen Package, No Resolution

I purchased this wax pot in July 2024 and have been using it full-time as a professional esthetician offering full body waxing services. The size was perfect for handling large areas and a full day of clients, and it worked well in the beginning. Unfortunately, just over a year later (12 months and two weeks), the pot completely gave out. The power button stopped working, the heating light would not turn on, and the machine began glitching on and off throughout the service. This caused me to cancel multiple client appointments, which is unacceptable when you run a business. Because the warranty only covers 12 months, I’m now stuck with a useless machine that quit right after the coverage ended. Recommendation: Do not waste your money. Invest in a professional-quality wax pot that is built to last and will actually support your business long term. This one is not reliable.
