I’m satisfied with my wax pot. However it took forever to ship here, and the sweet nectar wax is one of my least favorites I’ve tried.

Best case scenario is wishing to have ordered hot wax kit vs soft wax cartridge; however, all five stars for Beesmooth.

I believe you guys did a good job, what needs to be more worked on is how long it takes for us customers to receive an item ☺️

I tried to exchange an unopened 5lb bag of the sensitive skin hard wax because I didn’t like the first bag i opened of it. I just wanted to exchange it for another product. Well customer service got back to be said they would send me a shipping label through email. I never received it and when I went back to ask about it again they never responded. I was even okay with having to pay to ship it back… because they don’t pay for shipping returns. Absolutely not good business.
