Customer service was great! I was worried it was not going to arrive on time but it did. Wax pot warms up quickly, keep my wax at the perfect temp!

Great service it was supposed to be here by Christmas however once I contacted the company they kept me updated with emails til its arrival I very much appreciated their customer service!
