Placed my order with HoneyComb and received an email that the warmers would take about a week longer than expected, got my order about four days later with the rest of my order! Their customer service was so kind and easy I appreciated the email so I knew when to expect my order. Shipping came quick and easy with everything packed very well! I will recommend HoneyComb to anyone who is looking for a good hard wax. No review on soft wax as I only have used hard wax so far! The wax itself is heaven! It looks just like honey and the pot itself is adorable! The wax is very easy to work with! 10/10 recommend!
