I love everything about my Haylie Pomroy experience!

I've almost always had weight struggles. My weight tends to be stable but at different periods of my life it has crept up to 15 lbs. overweight. My body likes to gain and doesn't want to give up that weight gain. In comes the Haylie Pomroy system. She knows what she is doing with the metabolism, restoring and maintaining health. The program is effective. Even when not in one of my "overweight periods" I return to Haylie's program over and over because my body likes it. The detox is particularly wonderful. Thank you.

I have been using Haylie's Fast Metabolism way of life for years! I have 4 of her books and use many of her supplements and other products and shakes. I have had great success, and my doctor is always so happy with my blood work at my appointments!

Great way to motivate me into sticking with a healthy diet! I'm not one for all the recipes given but a few I will try along with eating veggies/protein meals. Thanks!
