Hello. I sent you an
Hello. I sent you an email about an issue that I want to solve. I will appreciate if you check your email because I included photos. For your convenience, I will paste the message here:
“Hi. Regarding my order of reference, I’ve realized that the products I originally ordered (4 in total) were supposed to be of 250 ml in size each one, but I instead received only 2 of 250 ml and the other 2 of 100 g. Actually, the contents of those 2 of 100 g are more than half empty, So empty that I can see the bottom of the container. They both are also labeled by you as of 100 g content.
I am including pictures that I took and pictures of the ones you published in your page. If you zoom in, you will see the difference in sizes and in contents.
You know your products are not cheap, nevertheless I willingly decided to try them. I was recommending them to a friend at the moment that I realized of this situation. I honestly feel betrayed, lied to, deceived, tricked, but most of all I feel taken like a fool and disrespected.
As you could see and should understand, I want to return the products and expect a full refund. They are good but I am not interested in them anymore, first of all because that is not what I ordered. Second of all, because I don’t like the feeling of being lied to.
I remain waiting for your response and instructions. I’ve only used the amber vanilla one so far. The other 3 are new and unused. Thanks in advance for your prompt response and assistance. Let me know if you need more pictures. ”
