We ended up receiving rubber bathmats instead of a wheelchair - I believe the error was with Drive Medical, not with Halo Healthcare. Latoya, at Halo, got to the bottom of it quickly and offered us a different wheelchair they had in stock as we were in a hurry for it. We decided to wait for the one we originally ordered. She was extremely helpful, very apologetic for the mixup and very sincere. I would definitely order from Halo again.
