Do not use if in USA. 78 days to receive $890 order. Then had to pay additional $60 because HaloHealthcare didn't send the proper information to customs. No refund/return for US customers,

I’m sorry to say we are very unhappy with the product. We ordered this blood pressure monitor because it has a regular & large cuff, 2 of us, 2 different sizes of arms. Firstly the large cuff hose for the air has a kink in it that we can’t straighten out, & will not give any readings. Secondly the regular cuff gives readings all over the place. We take 5-6 readings back to back & some are very high, some are very low, no 2 are even close together! We had an older model of this product previously & it worked well for well over 8-10 years, which is why we ordered this one. We have been busy with a family emergency away from home so haven’t had a chance to contact you to advise of the issues & how we go about returning the product. We don’t have the shipping box with us to be able to return the item & won’t be able to get it for some time. Please advise of what could be done to correct this issue.
