I was misled to use Shop app to trace my delivery. That app is not safe.

I just wrote the review on the first page....I need a paper copy of the bill of sale so I can send it to the insurance company and get some money back. That was an expensive walker. I can't print the receipt from the email you sent me because I don't have the money to buy the ink. I was unhappy with you taking out $8.80 out of my account without my permission to cover the difference in U.S and Canada currency. That should have been handled by the sales person. The first bill I got and paid was $943.80, I think. I also did not like the fact that the walker came partially assembled. I was told it would be fully assembled and that I only had to "unlock" a few things. Basically the wheels needed to be added on and adjusted to my height requirements. I had to pay someone $27 to do this. Why can't you add more color to your walkers. I wanted blue or red, not dreary black. It can't cost any more to paint it a more cheerful color.
