It would have been nice if the website had more information about the hardware that the product came with so we could have realized how poorly it would work, but the fact that it was junk isn't your fault. It arrived.

I believe that you have the proper brace somewhere in your store front, maybe in a display case? Otherwise I should return the improper for a refund. What do you think?

Took at least ten days to arrive. . . just not impressed with this machine. . returned it
