I don't know. The first cup holder the gears stripped and then the holder broke off...my husband just put the second one on.

The product itself is great but the sizing chart was not accurate. The first wrist compression (M) ordered was too small. Ordering the second one a size larger (L) resulted in an appropriate fit. Did I try to return the first order, no, so I can’t comment on return policy if there is one for this company. Order procedure was easy and was sent and arrived in a decent amount of time.
