Didn’t get my item but received my refund

Had trouble with my krder

I never received my order - apparently it was damaged en route. Then Hairprodirect was out of stock of what I wanted, so not a good experience.

Had to wait over two months to get the item I ordered even though I paid the "3 day postage", then the first time I use it, it stop cutting hair.
